Pitch & Kin is a general-audience card game for experienced players and beginners learning Pitch. This policy explains how information is handled when you use the app.
Information stored by the app
Pitch & Kin does not require an account. Game settings, House Rules, saved-game state, and gameplay statistics are stored locally on your device. The developer does not operate a server that receives this gameplay information.
Advertising
The free version uses Google AdMob to display small banner ads on the home screen and after a completed match. Ads are not shown on the active card table or while Learning Mode is enabled.
The app requests non-personalized advertising, disables the publisher first-party identifier, and limits ad content to Google’s General rating. Google and its advertising partners may still process information needed to deliver, measure, secure, and prevent fraud in advertising. Depending on region and device settings, this may include IP address, device or advertising identifiers, app interactions, diagnostic information, and approximate location inferred from IP address. The app does not request access to precise device location.
On iOS, Pitch & Kin requests permission through Apple’s App Tracking Transparency prompt before Google Mobile Ads is initialized or an ad is requested. If you allow tracking, Google may access the advertising identifier for advertising and measurement. If you select “Ask App Not to Track,” the advertising identifier is not made available for tracking; gameplay remains fully usable and the app continues to request non-personalized ads.
Where required, Google’s User Messaging Platform presents privacy choices before ads are requested. You can reopen available choices from Settings → Ads → Privacy Choices.

Purchases
Pitch & Kin offers an optional one-time Remove Ads purchase. Apple processes the transaction. The app receives a verified entitlement and transaction status from Apple but does not receive your full payment-card information. See Apple’s Privacy Policy.
Information the app does not request
Pitch & Kin does not request access to your contacts, photos, camera, microphone, precise location, health information, or financial account credentials.
Children
Pitch & Kin is a general-audience game and is not directed specifically to children. Learning Mode is beginner guidance intended for players of any age, including adults learning Pitch. Parents and guardians should supervise a minor’s device use and purchases.
Data control and deletion
You can reset locally stored game information through the app where controls are provided, or remove local app data by deleting the app. Advertising and purchase information handled by Google or Apple is controlled under those companies’ policies and account or device settings.
Policy changes
This policy may be updated when app features or service providers change. The effective date above will be revised when material changes are published.
